020：不器用で頑固な性格

I am kind of introvert. So I usually hesitate to talk to others and I am not good at building human relationship. To be honest, I hate the word " Communication". Communication itself is a very positive and powerful word but I don't trust the people who use this word at ease.  Of course, I understand that the human resources gained through communication can be very helpful. As much as possible, I try to avoid conflicts with others. Basically, no matter how I get irritated, I don't lose my temper. But once I am irritated, I don't listen to others and meet the expectation. It is difficult for me to get promoted in companies because of my personality.  Anyway, here's to my awkward and stubborn !

私は内向的な性格です。そのため、人と話すことを躊躇してしまい、人間関係を築くのが苦手です。正直に言うと、私は「コミュニケーション」という言葉が嫌いです。コミュニケーションという言葉自体はとてもポジティブでパワフルな言葉ですが、この言葉を安易に使う人は信用しません。 もちろん、コミュニケーションによって得られる人的資源が非常に有効であることは理解しています。私はできるだけ他人と衝突しないようにしています。基本的には、どんなにイライラしてもキレたりしません。しかし、一度イライラしてしまうと、人の話を聞かず、期待に応えようとしません。このような性格のため、会社で昇進するのは難しいと思います。 まあ何はともあれ、こんな不器用で頑固な私に乾杯 !
