August is almost end. While I am struggling with muggy whether, Autumn is gradually approaching. A sweet potato is one of autumn food. When I went to the supermarket yesterday, I could not help buying some sweet potatoes because a lot of sweet potatoes were piled up on the shopping table. I love to eat sweet potato cakes. It is easy to cook. Firstly, sweet potatoes are boiled and mushed. Secondly, sugar and butter melted in a small amount of warm milk are mixed with the mushed sweet potatoes. Finally, this sweet potato cake dough is baked in microwave oven and done. It seems that the sweet potato is very good this year as well.
